Waiting for earnings

As many of you know, Alcoa (AA) kicks of earnings today. I’m more interested in the company outlook rather than the numbers (unless of course it beats estimates).  As for financials, I want to see if the numbers from the first quarter are sustained and how the payment of the TARP play into the results. Also want to see changes in loan loss provisions. Here are some of the companies I’m waiting for:

  • Chevron (CVX)

July 13

  • BlackRock (BLK)
  • PNC Financial Services (PNC)

July 14

  • Goldman Sachs (GS)
  • Intel (INTC)
  • Johnson and Johnson (JNJ)
  • Yum! Brands (YUM)

July 16

  • Google (GOOG)
  • JP Morgan (JPM)

July 17

  • Bank of America (BAC)
  • BB&T (BBT)
  • Citigroup (C)
  • General Electric (GE)
  • Mattel (MAT), maybe

July 20

  • Netflix (NFLX)

July 21

  • Freeport McMoran (FCX)
  • Jefferies (JEF)
  • Yahoo! (YHOO)
  • State Street (STT)
  • Southwest Airlines (LUV)

July 22

  • eBay (EBAY)
  • Bank of New York Mellon (BK)
  • Wells Fargo (WFC)

July 23

  • Amazon (AMZN)
  • American Express (AXP)
  • McDonalds (MCD)
  • Microsoft (MSFT)

July 24

  • Wynn Resorts (WYNN)

July 27

  • Lazard (LAZ)

July 28

  • United States Steel (X)

July 29

  • Visa (V)

July 30

  • Mastercard (MA)

That’s all for now. There are more moving to the month of August.
