Contention for Ken Lewis’ replacement begins

NYT’s Dealbook is running a story that a big shareholder of the bank is dissatisfied with the two internal candidates who are being considered to replace Ken Lewis.  Finger Interests Number One from Finger family of Houston is calling for someone from the outside saying the two – Mr. Curl and Mr. Moynihan –  are both tainted as they were a part of the acquisition of Merrill Lynch.  The family owns more than a million shares of Bank of America.
